BMD continues presence on CCF board

Following a four year tenure on the Civil Contractor Federation (CCF) – Victoria board, BMD Constructions General Manager, Jeff Gallus has handed over his position to BMD Project Manager, Rob Trebilco. In his 30th year in the civil construction industry, Mr Trebilco, accepted the appointment gladly, hoping to streamline processes and raise standards throughout Victoria. “I have a great deal of experience in the tendering of projects and could see great value in sharing my learnings and experience to achieve better outcomes for all Victorian contractors”, Mr Trebilco said. Of particular interest to Mr Trebilco is the desire to standardise the Expression of Interest and Design and Construct processes undertaken by government bodies. While Mr Gallus is no longer a sitting member of the CCF – Victoria board, he remains actively involved within the civil construction industry. Most recently, Mr Gallus presented a case study on BMD Constructions’ civil works at the Port of Melbourne.
