Getting our Graduates ‘On Board’
BMD recently flew 22 graduates from across the country to Queensland for a two day program aimed at networking, project tours and learning more about BMD Group. Graduates were invited to join long time employees on board the M.V Curtis Ambassador for a cruise across Moreton Bay to Peel Island. A site visit of Legacy Way was also incorporated alongside presentations from Scott Power, (Group Executive Director – Operations) and other national senior managers. BMD offers graduate employees:
- A real job with a real support mechanism where individual contribution is invited and respected;
- The opportunity to excel and to demonstrate capability and willingness to contribute; and
- A work environment that is flexible and individually focused while still providing countless and diverse opportunities.
BMD welcomes dedicated people who are innovative and career-minded and look for team members who share a commitment to responsible work practices and whose ethics are closely aligned with our corporate values and culture. BMD recognises that graduates are a crucial part of the company’s future growth and are committed to ensuring that they achieve long and successful careers within the company. ______________________________________________________________________________
