Urbex’s Johnston Ridge Three Years Ahead of Schedule

The land release is managed by BMD Group’s wholly owned subsidiary Urbex, who is an innovator in residential and commercial development. So far, 243 blocks have been sold with more than 40 remaining in the development. Johnston Ridge is scheduled for completion in September 2017 and is said to stimulate housing supply in the Northern Territory by Minister for Lands, Planning and Environment, Peter Chandler.
